Story Time on the 7. on Flickr. There are some moments that are just so precious, and catching story-time on the train is pretty rare, but always so sweet. Yesterday evening, I caught this mother and daughter engaged in a book. The mother was narrating and keeping her daughter so interested, that by the time the story was over, the girl was begging for another story, or at least a book she could read on her own. It’s pretty awesome to see kids getting truly excited to read books, as opposed to seeing them in front of a screen.

About

Avatar My name is Bonnie Natko. I'm a native New Yorker (born in Brooklyn, raised in & to this day resident of Queens) & photographer who simply loves the city and the people who interact with it on a daily basis. Since this is not the original blog I set up my Tumblr account with, you'll be followed back by bondidwhat which is my "virtual scrapbook" blog. Feel free to follow that too if you'd like!
