on the packed 7 train. on Flickr. This morning’s commute was no fun at all. I always check the mta.info site so I know whether to go to 74th Street (the station with more options) or 69th Street (one stop closer to the city). Today, it said “good service” all around, so I went my normal way (69th stop). All was great, the train came just as I made it to the platform, but it was packed. No problem, that’s kind of usual. Eventually it got even more packed and by the time it reached 40th Street we were just sitting there.

I also face the daily question of 69 st 7 or 74 st station. I find 80% of the time, Roosevelt is the better call.

Avatar My name is Bonnie Natko. I'm a native New Yorker (born in Brooklyn, raised in & to this day resident of Queens) & photographer who simply loves the city and the people who interact with it on a daily basis. Since this is not the original blog I set up my Tumblr account with, you'll be followed back by bondidwhat which is my "virtual scrapbook" blog. Feel free to follow that too if you'd like!
